In bloom
Whew! It was a tad bit windy yesterday. Normally the trees tell me if it's windy or not, but I swear that NOTHING was moving except for my hair, sweater, and dress. I really don't understand what was going on with that. Anyway, I don't really know how I feel about this outfit. I originally had different shoes planned but decided to go with these booties instead. I've been wanting to try the sweater-over-dress look. I wonder if I would like it more with different shoes. Nothing I have really seemed quite right. Let me know if you have any thoughts!

Last night, I was really regretting including this dress in my remix chain. I couldn't think of something else to wear with it besides a cardigan. I thought it'd be a good idea to include items that I haven't worn in a while and that are more difficult to remix, but I've decided that it's best to stick with the basics and items that are more easily "remixable". One of the goals of this challenge is to think of new ways to style my clothes and really pinpoint the holes in my wardrobe. I'm trying to limit the pieces (like this dress) that make only one or two outfits and curate a wardrobe of many mix-and-match pieces.
Side note--the sun spots? Dirty lens? Weird lighting? I'm no camera expert but I apologize for the random spots on these photos!
