My Fall/Winter 2015 Signature Look
Normally for these posts, I like to share two distinct looks--maybe one with jeans or pants and one with a dress or skirt. After much deliberation (like, days of deliberation), I decided to show two relatively similar looks. I've come to the conclusion that I just don't wear skirts or dresses that often in the cooler months, and lately I've been wearing either a sweater or a flannel shirt on repeat. I have a feeling this trend will continue through the rest of winter...it's just so easy to pull out a sweater or flannel shirt, add a pair of skinny jeans/pants, and then a pair of boots to finish the look. (Currently, I'm obsessed with wearing my legging jeans and lace-up ankle boots together!) I've also been wearing either delicate necklaces or statement earrings; however, I tend to pull out my statement necklaces during this time of year, too. (It's too fun to wear big jewels around the holidays especially!)
I did add a new product to my makeup routine: concealer! I like using it under my eyes and around my nose. I'm still also using BB cream as a base, clear eyebrow gel, and mascara (see this post for my beauty favorites). Every once in a while, I use a foundation primer, but usually I forget to put it on underneath the BB cream (not sure if I even have to?). I like that it makes my face less shiny. I've also been keeping my hair short; I'm still loving the long bob!
