Meteorological summer
June 1st marked the first day of meteorological summer. I believe the reason for that is because for climatology, it's easier to just group each season into three month blocks and not take half of one month and half of another month. Also, in many places, it feels like summer at the start of June, which is definitely true for Utah. (Though it often also feels like summer at the start of September too. We have relatively long summers and winters and short springs and falls.)
All that to say, this is my final spring look since it's definitely summer (at home, at least, haha; the weather is gorgeous and not too hot in Vienna!). Spring went by so fast! I'm excited for the summer, though. I hope to do a lot, especially when I go back to my hometown at the end of the month. I really miss having the entire summer off between school years. If you're reading this and you're still in high school or college, cherish the summers you have off! ;)
