That 70s outfit
There's something about a denim vest and (faux) suede A-line skirt that screams the 70s to me. Truth be told, I think they're just about the only 70s-inspired items that I would wear. I'm not a very bohemian person, and I'm not really into voluminous pant legs and voluminous sleeves. When I got the skirt, I immediately pictured it with a denim vest and striped tee, so I knew I needed to pick up a denim vest ASAP. Well, I didn't purchase it as quickly as I had originally planned, but I think the wait was worth it because I still love how it all came together!
This is officially my last summer outfit of the year, and it's a little surreal that I get to start wearing and sharing my fall outfits! I'm still working on finalizing my fall style sudoku, though, ack! (Click here for my spring style sudoku.) I definitely thought it would come together easier than my spring one did, but that is surprisingly not the case. I think it's because I don't want to repeat any of the items from my spring sudoku. It should be almost completely done if not done by the weekend...if all goes as planned!
