Weekend wear

Happy Memorial Day weekend to those of you stateside! I'm back in Idaho with my family to celebrate my brother's high school graduation and take a much-needed long break following my dissertation defense. This weekend and next week look to be absolutely gorgeous, and I can't wait to take advantage!

This outfit is a favorite of mine for casual weekends: a comfy striped sweatshirt-like top, boyfriend jeans, easy flats, and a cute crossbody bag that matches the stripes and is hands-free for when I'm out and about. If you've been reading for a long time, you might remember that I previously featured this top and bottom combination in this outfit post (warning: very old photos ahead). It's too good to not repeat over and over again! It's perfect for not only running errands but also being lazy around the house. :)
