Cozy boho

Even though I have a list of outfit ideas saved in a note on my phone, I love when I think of an outfit unexpectedly and decide that it's worth wearing as soon as possible. That's exactly what happened with this outfit. I was running out of ideas when it came to this pretty boho dress, but then a few days ago I thought to layer this sweater over it--and boom! An outfit was born!

Because the day was chilly, I decided to wear my tall boots with the ensemble, and they helped to shield the chill. My sweater was warm enough that I didn't need a jacket, though, and I love when the weather is cool yet allows me to go jacket-less! I was a bit self-conscious of how short the dress was, which is something I mentioned last time I featured this dress, but I channeled my inner Taylor Swift and didn't let myself think about it that much. (I also tried to avoid wind, though, as you can see, it was rather difficult to do when these photos were taken!) I really like how it turned out! :)
