No neck, no problem
When the air is crisp and the wind is blowing, there is nothing better than wrapping up in a cozy scarf! Did you know that for the longest time I didn't wear scarves? I want to say it was around my high school to early college years. I don't know what was wrong with me or how I even survived because scarves are truly lifesavers in the winter! This green scarf is my newest addition, and it was knit by Chris himself as an early Christmas present. I had been really wanting a green scarf to add to my collection, and I love this smaller infinity size because it's not so bulky under a coat. I'm looking forward to wearing it this winter and beyond! If you'd like a scarf like this for yourself or perhaps as a gift, he's interested in making more—just email me at cottoncashmerecathair at gmail dot com (or use the form on the Contact page) for the details. :)
This outfit is a slight variation of my signature look—a flannel shirt and ankle boots with boyfriend jeans instead of my typical skinny jeans. It's nice to mix up the silhouette a bit when the weather cooperates. :) I went mostly monochrome and then added the scarf for some interest (and warmth, of course). I wish our fall lasted just a little bit longer; it's already started to feel like winter around here. Boo.
