Postcards from the Black Hills
Today, I thought I'd share some snapshots from our road trip through Wyoming and South Dakota! We stopped at and drove through so many beautiful places in the Black Hills. (Devils Tower is just west of the Black Hills, and the Badlands is just east, but I figured I wouldn't complicate things and make a super long post title!) We visited four national parks--Devils Tower, Mount Rushmore, Wind Cave, and the Badlands. We also drove Needles Highway, the wildlife loop in Custer State Park, and Iron Mountain Road with my parents. Of course, no trip is complete without a stop at Wall Drug (you'll see the quirky signs all along the freeway!). The Black Hills region is so gorgeous and I highly recommend a visit sometime if you've never been! :)
