Perfectly plaid
I've been cycling through my collection of plaid flannel shirts basically nonstop this fall and winter. They're definitely staples in my wardrobe! I remember having a bit of an aversion to collared shirts following high school, since I had to wear a collared shirt every day (yay, dress codes). I've come back around to them since my college years; there's something about the masculinity of them that draws me in, and it's fun to style them in a more "girly" way. Plus, they're made all the more better when they're patterned in plaid! ;)
I "cozied" this shirt up a bit with a cropped sweater, but on the flip side, I decided to bare my ankles in my burgundy loafers (thanks to some inspiration from this pin). And you know what—my feet really were not noticeably cold! Woop! Spring is just around the corner. I can feel it! (The next snowstorm will probably take all of those feelings away, ha!)
