Repeat offender
You all know by now that I wear the items in my closet repeatedly and love to create new outfit combinations consisting of things I already own. I also love repeating entire outfits—especially when I want or need to get ready for the day in as little time as possible. I wore this entire look two years ago (almost to the day) and decided it was worth repeating and shooting to share here on the blog even though everything I'm wearing is old. (The downside to wearing old items is finding similar enough current versions to link to...) As much as I like wearing matchy-matchy outfits, I also love outfits like this where every item is different but they all go together.
In other news, I graduated! I don't defend my dissertation for a couple more weeks, but my university only has one ceremony a year so summer graduates are eligible to walk in the spring. I have to admit it felt a little weird to walk before my defense, but...oh well, lol. Now I need to do well in order to pass so that I can officially earn my degree (and because my graduation was plastered all over Facebook by my family, so now everyone I know thinks I have my PhD—ha!). Too late to quit now! ;)
