April Style Sudoku, At Home Recap
That’s a wrap on my first at-home style sudoku! I wore the 16 items pictured above in 14 outfits that make up the rows, columns, corners, and diagonals of the sudoku. A style sudoku is my favorite style challenge—I’m a big sudoku nerd for one, and it’s not as restrictive as some other style challenges which works better for me. Plus, it’s a great way to test out new combinations and find some new favorites to add to the rotation!
I’ve been working from home for about a month and a half now, and this was the perfect way for me to get back into “dressing myself” and sharing outfits. I kind of fell into a rut after those first couple of weeks of wearing the same sweatshirts and sweatpants. Even though this sudoku was likely my most neutral/boring as far as the color palette goes, it helped me feel so much more put together, and I looked forward to getting dressed in the morning. I honestly didn’t miss color as much as I thought I would.
It was definitely difficult to put together a sudoku without any shoes—I felt limited in my options for accessories and layering pieces. I appreciated the challenge, though, and it forced me to wear some jewelry and accessories that I wouldn’t have worn to work from home/stay home in general if not for this challenge! I’m planning on doing another at-home style sudoku in May with a new color palette and as many new items as possible. I’d love it if you joined me! ☺️The start date will be May 10th.
Below you’ll find all of my outfits and where they landed on the sudoku, two bonus outfits (!), a widget where you can shop the exact or similar items I wore, and a blank sudoku so you can make your own!
